I have finished The Ultimate MySQL Bootcamp: Go from SQL Beginner to Expert (by Colt Steele), The Web Developer Bootcamp (by Colt Steele), WordPress Theme Development with Bootstrap (by Brad Hussey). Some other lectures about JavaScript and Web Deveopment are on going. I did considered on-site bootcamp, but concluded that online lectures were better suit for me. So far, they have been quite helpful. I might recommend them to other, though they are not magic wands to automatically make a novice an expert!
